Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Core Development ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Accounts

You sign in using Discord. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Discord account secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. License & Usage

When you purchase a plugin you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it on your own Minecraft or Hytale server(s).

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the plugin files with others
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the plugin without written permission
• One purchase covers personal/commercial server use — not resale or repackaging
• Licenses are tied to your account and are non-transferable

4. Payments & Pricing

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

Our products are digital, downloadable software. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law, or where a plugin is fundamentally broken and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.

If you have a problem, contact us via Discord first so we can try to resolve it. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in loss of access to purchased products and your account.

6. Affiliate Program

Signed-in users may create a referral code and earn commissions. By participating you agree to the following:

• Each account may have one referral code. You may not use your own code on your own purchases.
• Buyers who use your code receive a discount, and you earn a commission on the net amount we receive after payment-processing fees. The exact discount and commission rates are shown in your dashboard and may change at any time.
• You may not advertise using spam, misleading claims, impersonation, paid search on our brand terms, or any unlawful or deceptive methods.
• Commissions accrue to your balance and become available for payout once your balance reaches the published minimum. Payouts are sent manually to the PayPal email you provide, after review.
• We may withhold, reverse, or forfeit commissions tied to fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, or violations of these terms. Commissions from a refunded or reversed order are deducted from your balance.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive. Participation does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
• We may change, suspend, or end the affiliate program, or any code, at any time.

7. Updates & Support

Purchased plugins include future updates for the same major version. We aim to keep plugins compatible with current server versions but cannot guarantee compatibility with all future releases. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through our Discord server.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent the download authentication system
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Store for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse the support system, the affiliate program, or engage in harassment

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Core Development is not liable for any server downtime, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of our plugins. Always test plugins in a staging environment before deploying to production.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Store or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
