1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Core Development ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Store.

2. License & Usage

When you purchase a plugin from Core Development, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the plugin on your own Minecraft or Hytale server(s).

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the plugin files with others
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the plugin without written permission
• One purchase covers personal/commercial server use — not resale or repackaging
• Licenses are tied to your account and are non-transferable

3. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the plugin is fundamentally broken and a fix cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

If you experience issues with a plugin, please contact us via Discord before requesting a refund so we can attempt to resolve the problem.

4. Updates & Support

Purchased plugins include future updates for the same major version. We aim to keep plugins compatible with current server versions, but cannot guarantee compatibility with all future Minecraft or Hytale releases. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through our Discord server.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent the download authentication system
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Store for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse the support system or engage in harassment

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Core Development is not liable for any server downtime, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of our plugins. Always test plugins in a staging environment before deploying to production.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
